VisualGPS Brand Styling

Brand concept and execution for Getty Images VisualGPS tool which provides visual data and insights to choose the best images and videos. Styling emphasized color and design choices for those with a color vision deficiency and alignment with WebAIM standards.

Primary Color Palette
Slightly warm toned neutrals create a sense of welcome and ease of use. Orange is used as the primary highlight color to create energy, excitement, and optimism.

Secondary Color Palette
Secondary turquoise colors act as a foil for the orange primary in data graphics. Accent colors act as additional options for illustrations and other icons.

Typography
Headlines are bold weights of Lato and are primarily sentence case.

Shape Palette
Organic and imperfect shapes with varying levels of texture provide a backdrop or accent to quick stats and data points.

Motif and Data Graphic Palette
Motif and patterns created to align with the four basic themes of VisualGPS: sustainability, realness, health, and technology. These are used in tandem with the shapes to illustrate various designs.

Social Content and Site Branding
Designs to illustrate the site, graphics for social media posts, and various banners.
